4. Ordering Process

- Production lead times range from 24-72 hours (ready stock) to 7-15 days (custom orders)
5. Payment Terms
Standard Orders
- • 30% deposit upon order confirmation
- • 70% balance before shipment
- • Payment terms: T/T, L/C at sight
Custom Projects
- • 50% deposit for tooling/setup
- • 50% balance upon completion
- • Sample fees apply for complex designs
All prices are quoted in USD and subject to change without notice. Additional charges may apply for expedited orders or special requirements.
6. Quality Assurance

Products found to be defective due to manufacturing defects will be replaced or refunded according to our warranty policy.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Terms
- • FOB Shenzhen/Guangzhou (default)
- • CIF/DDP available upon request
- • Sea freight, air freight, express delivery
Delivery Times
- • Ready stock: 24-72 hours
- • Standard orders: 7-10 days
- • Custom orders: 10-15 days
Risk of loss passes to buyer upon delivery to carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to force majeure events are not our responsibility.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in our products, designs, processes, and materials remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customer Designs
- Customers retain ownership of their submitted designs and trademarks
- We require written authorization for use of third-party intellectual property
- Customers indemnify us against IP infringement claims related to their designs
9. Limitation of Liability
Important Notice
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the specific order giving rise to the claim.
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- Claims must be reported within 30 days of delivery
- Force majeure events release us from performance obligations
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.
